Quality of service is the single most important consideration in our business.
We strive to deliver customer satisfaction by ensuring that your documents, once translated, will maintain the integrity and meaning of the original.

Client's feedback is essential to guarantee high-quality translations. Just think of the following:

Financial Translation: They can range from annual reports to shareholders to announcements to the financial markets and even marketing material selling financial services. These documents frequently require that they comply with foreign accounting standards which can differ from country to country. To ensure that the financial translation uses the right terms in the right context we will work with you to agree on translated glossaries of terms specific to your company or industry.

Legal Translation: Legal translation requires very specialized knowledge; the wording for this type of document is very precise and has no ambiguity. Our Industry Managers will always ask you what the context of your translation is, and under what circumstances it will be used.

Marketing Translation: You can laugh at the following because... it didn't happen to you!

When American Airlines wanted to advertise its new leather first class seats in the Mexican market, it translated its "Fly In Leather" campaign literally, which meant "Fly Naked" ("vuela en cuero") in Spanish!*
When Parker Quink Ink marketed a ballpoint pen in Mexico, its ads were supposed to say "It won't leak in your pocket and embarrass you." However, the Spanish word "embarazar" was used by mistake to mean embarrass. The ads actually said: "It won't leak in your pocket and make you pregnant."*
In Taiwan, the translation of the Pepsi slogan "Come alive with the Pepsi Generation" came out as "Pepsi will bring your ancestors back from the dead."*

When your translation involves marketing or creative material, literal translation will not satisfy your requirements. To avoid mis-translation our Regional Managers will contact you in order to select the right style and voice of translation, ensuring that your adverts and promotions will have the desired effect when localised into your target language. * source: "Translations that are Marketing Mistakes", www.i18nguy.com/translations.html

Website Translation: Our translators need to understand what your target market is, exactly, and the message you want to communicate. They will ensure that your translated website really speaks to your future customers.

Technical Translation: There can be significant differences in every language terminology among seemingly similar fields. Therefore, to avoid any misunderstanding, we will work with you to agree on translated glossaries of terms specific to your company or industry.

eLearning & Training Translation: This kind of material needs to be understood by the students. If these ones do not belong to a specific region, then the material has to be translated in a "neutral language" which can be understood by worldwide students who speak your target language. Therefore, we need your feedback to find out whom you want to teach.

General-Purpose Language Translation: Whether it be a personal correspondence or a fairy tale book, you want to read or communicate exactly what is written or what you wrote. For this purpose, we need your help to understand the context (native language, country) of the person who wrote you or of your audience.

We will always work with you to ensure that the quality of our translations exceeds your expectations!
